Born Haskap Berries are grown in the Okanagan, harvested by hand, and gently freeze-dried whole. Freeze-drying removes moisture at a low temperature, preserving the berries’ naturally vivid colour, distinctive sweet-tart flavour, and whole-fruit character.
Nothing is concentrated, extracted, sweetened, or rebuilt. These are simply real berries made lightweight, crisp, and shelf-stable without fundamentally changing the fruit itself.
