Our Bison Blood Capsules are made exclusively from raw, whole blood sourced from wild, grass-finished bison raised without vaccines or medications. The blood is gently freeze-dried to remove moisture while preserving its naturally occurring heme iron, proteins, minerals, and accompanying whole-food cofactors.
The dried blood is then ground and encapsulated without isolating the iron, standardizing its concentration, or adding synthetic nutrients. Unlike a conventional iron tablet built around a single isolated compound, Bison Blood preserves iron within the complete food matrix in which it naturally occurs.
Nothing is added and nothing is removed—just whole bison blood, made convenient.
