Each hide comes from a wild-roaming, grass-finished bison and is preserved individually by local craftspeople. Rather than treating the hide as an industrial by-product, we recognize it as a durable and meaningful material with a rightful place in our nose-to-tail program.
Every hide carries natural variations in colour, texture, hair direction, markings, shape, and size. These differences reflect the individual animal and make every finished piece entirely one of a kind.
