Born Pemmican is our expression of a traditional food developed for endurance, portability, and long-term nourishment. It combines wild, grass-finished bison with organic grass-finished tallow, wild organic blueberries, local organic sage, a touch of local organic maple, and clean salt.
Each bag contains the equivalent of approximately one-third of a pound of fresh bison in a compact, shelf-stable form. No artificial preservatives, refined oils, protein isolates, or industrial ingredients are needed.
The result is a dense, satisfying food that carries protein, fat, plants, and minerals together—made for demanding days, travel, preparedness, or simply returning to something more substantial than a conventional snack.
