Wild bison striploin is a lean, tender cut with a deep, clean flavour and firm texture.
Each package contains 2 steaks and weighs approximately 1.5 lb. Because individual packages vary naturally in weight, the final price is calculated at $39/lb.
You’ll be charged $45 at checkout as an initial payment. Once your order is prepared and the steaks are weighed, we’ll send a Shopify invoice for any remaining balance based on the actual package weight.
